Time Keeping: Our team will arrive on the day and time that we have promised. If there are any issues, we will ensure that you stay updated.
Certification: Every one of our jobs is certified, so that you can be reassured knowing that your installation, or repair is in line with all the appropriate rules and regulations. We will create all of our certificates whilst on site, using iPads, which means the process is fast and efficient.
Presentation of Staff: Each one of our team wears a uniform and will carry an identity card with them. This means that you can have faith that you have a genuine professional working in your home or business.
Service with a Smile: We know that human interactions make a huge difference to how it feels to use a business. We ensure that our team are always polite and courteous, at all times.
We Keep things Tidy: When we finish any job, we make sure that the works are completely tidied before we leave.

No Surprises: The price that we quote you is the price that we charge, and we promise that we will always inform you ahead of doing any work that will incur an additional charge.
We Guarantee All Our Work: We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and all our work has a 5 year guarantee. The materials we use will come with standard manufacturer’s warrantees.
Insurance: We are insured for up to £10,000,000 so you can be reassured that your works are fully covered.
